– A Weekend for Art, Movement & Mindfulness

Step away from your daily routine and reconnect with your creative energy in these 2.5 days retreat at the peaceful Sutra House. Born from a desire to slow down and make room for inspiration, this weekend offers a blend of intuitive art practices, gentle yoga, guided meditation, and sensory-based workshops designed to unlock your creative flow.

The retreat includes guided sessions, group exchanges, and open time to rest or explore personal ideas. Whether you feel creatively blocked or simply want to nourish your imagination, this is an opportunity to explore, play, and reconnect with your inner self and others. No prior experience in art is required –just curiosity and openness.

Organized and guided by Albane Bermejo (mix medium creative behind the account @atraverstesyeux), Louise Balatlian (Graphic Designer) and Alexia Grammenidou (Yoga teacher & artist). We speak English, French, Spanish and Greek yet the retreat will be held in English.
